We work with large captain insurance carriers to stay up-to-date on security and compliance practices. However these carriers have not reviewed or approved this service and neither support or endorse it. Additionally, these carriers make no warranty regarding the accuracy or usability of the service. For clarity, we are not classified as an unauthorized vendor.

Approved Vendor: Specific vendor in which your Insurance Company has an approved Master Services Agreement in place and the scope of the vendor services received are within the scope of the agreement determined by your company.

Unapproved Vendor: Any vendor that does not have an agreement in place with your company, or the services received from an approved vendor are outside the scope of the vendor’s agreement with your company. Insurance Companies do not generally dictate what unapproved vendors an independent contractor may use. It is the agent’s responsibility to ensure that the vendors they engage with do not raise concerns.

Unauthorized Vendor: Specific vendor that your company has identified as being unauthorized for use due to the risks posed to you company by engagement with the vendor. Agents should not use an unauthorized vendor. If an agent does use an unauthorized vendor, it could impact the relationship between the agent and their appointed companies.
